Operasyonel Danışmanlık
Stop Running Your Business.
Start Leading It.
Operan helps Turkish founders build the operational systems that free their time and unlock lasting growth.
For owner-led businesses with 20–500 people, based in Turkey.
The Pattern We See
You built a business that now runs you.
You started with vision and energy. You made decisions faster than anyone else. But as the team grew, the decisions didn't stop coming to you — they multiplied.
Today you spend your days putting out fires, sitting in meetings that could have been an email, and answering questions only you can answer. Growth hasn't made things easier. It has made things louder.
This is not a leadership problem. It is a systems problem. The business scaled. The structure did not.
Without systems
- Every decision runs through you
- Team asks, you answer — all day
- Delegation feels riskier than doing it yourself
- Strategy happens between emergencies
With Operan systems
- Your team knows what to do — and does it
- You spend your time where it matters
- Delegation works because the structure supports it
- You lead. The business operates.
Generic frameworks are built for someone else's business. Operan builds systems for yours.
What Operan Does
Custom operational systems designed to fit your business — not borrowed from a textbook.
Operan works with you to design and implement the specific operational structures your business needs. Not a generic playbook. Not a 90-slide deck you will never open. Real, working systems your team can use from day one.
Workflow Design
Clear processes that define who does what, when, and how — so nothing falls through the cracks and nothing lands on your desk unnecessarily.
Team Structure
Roles, responsibilities, and reporting lines that support delegation instead of undermining it — so your team can act without waiting for you.
Performance Rhythms
The cadences, reviews, and feedback loops that keep the business on track — without requiring you to be the one holding everything together.
How We Work
From diagnosis to a working system — in your business, not on a slide deck.
Every engagement begins with deep listening. We do not arrive with pre-built answers. We learn your business first, then build what it actually needs.
Phase 1
Diagnose
We spend time inside your business — interviewing, observing, mapping what actually happens versus what you think happens. Most founders are surprised. The gap between their mental model and reality is where the friction lives.
Phase 2
Design
We design the operational architecture your business needs to function without your constant involvement. Workflows, roles, cadences — all built specifically for your context, your team, and your growth stage.
Phase 3
Implement
We stay with you through implementation. Systems do not run themselves in the first weeks — they need embedding. We work alongside your team to ensure the new ways of working actually take hold, not just look good on paper.
What You Get
Not a report. A working system your team can use on Monday morning.
Every engagement produces concrete deliverables you own. Not consulting speak. Not slides that gather dust. Practical, usable operational infrastructure built for your business.
Operational Audit
A clear written diagnosis of where your business loses time, where decisions stall, and where your team lacks the clarity to act independently.
Process Documentation
Written workflows for your core functions — step-by-step, with clear owners and handoffs — so the right person can do the right thing without asking you first.
Team Accountability Map
Defined roles with explicit responsibilities and decision-making authority — so your team knows what they own and can act on it without waiting for approval.
Operating Cadence Design
A structured rhythm of reviews, standups, and check-ins that keeps the business moving — and keeps your calendar free for the things only you can do.
Performance Framework
The metrics and feedback loops that tell you how the business is actually performing — without you having to be in every room to find out.
Implementation Support
We stay involved through the change — working alongside your team to embed new habits, answer questions, and iterate as the system meets reality.
We built Operan because Turkish founders deserve operational support that is designed for owner-led businesses — not adapted from frameworks built for multinationals. The business you have built deserves the infrastructure to match it.
Common Questions
Honest answers to the questions founders usually ask.
Is Operan right for our stage of growth?
Operan works best with owner-led businesses that have between 20 and 500 people — businesses that have moved past the startup phase but have not yet built the operational infrastructure to match their scale. If you are still doing everything yourself and the business is still small enough that it works, you might not need us yet. If growth has made things more chaotic rather than clearer, that is exactly the stage we are built for.
We have tried consultants before and it did not help. Why would this be different?
Most consulting engagements produce a report. A report describes a problem you already know you have. Operan builds the actual system — the workflows, the accountability structures, the meeting rhythms — and then works alongside your team to implement them. We stay until the new way of working is embedded, not just documented.
How long does an engagement typically take?
Engagements vary depending on the scope and complexity of your business. Diagnosis typically takes two to four weeks. Design and implementation run for a further six to twelve weeks. We will give you a clear scope and timeline after our first conversation.
Will this disrupt the business while we are implementing?
Change always creates some friction. We design the implementation to minimise disruption — phasing changes carefully, running new processes alongside existing ones where needed, and supporting your team through the transition. Our goal is that the business continues to operate while we improve it.
Do we need to prepare anything before starting?
No. One of the first things we do is assess where you are. You do not need tidy processes or documentation in place — we start from reality, not from an idealised version of it. The messier things are, the clearer our diagnosis tends to be.
What does a typical engagement cost?
Scope and pricing depend on the size and complexity of the business and the specific work required. We discuss this openly in our first conversation. We do not publish a price list because no two businesses are the same, and we would rather give you an honest number than a misleading one.
